The first thing you do is apply. Look for a career path with us that matches your goals and desires. Is there a specific department you feel you will work better in? Put it down in the application and tell us why. We need to know where and why you will feel better suited.

Take the time to go over your resume before handing it to us. The smallest mistake can have the greatest impact. Highlight your areas of expertise. Keep it simple. We do not want to read a novel. Keep it concise and to the point.

The next step is for us to set up an interview with the candidates we like. There are two types. We offer both the phone interview and onsite interview. A phone interview is necessary for some of the positions. It gives us a sense of who you are. Some of you may only require the phone interview. Be prepared for both. We handle each candidate differently.

We will set up an onsite interview for those that require one. We will meet with about 4 people at a time. It is a group thing. They usually last no more than an hour. We want to get a feel for who you are in person and how you react around others. We will discuss a wide range of things including leadership.

It is done in a professional setting. We want you to feel welcome. We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible. We want all the questions taken care of before we decide to hire you.

The dress code for the interview is usually casual. Each person who does the interviewing handles things differently. It is better to ask before you set up the meeting. This can be done while you are the phone speaking to the person.
